Yes, Afritrolley charges a nominal fee of 6.55% on each completed sale made by the vendor or seller. This fee covers the platform’s services, including marketing management and payment transaction facilitation.
Afritrolley offers comprehensive support for sellers, including marketing assistance to increase visibility, and seamless payment processing for both buyers and sellers. We strive to make the selling process smooth and efficient for all parties involved.

Our Requirements typically include having a valid ID or Passport, meeting quality standards, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Detailed requirements are available in our “terms and conditions” Page.
Sellers can manage their inventory and track orders through the Vendors dashboard. This dashboard provides tools and reports to help you monitor sales and stock levels.
If a dispute arises with a buyer, please contact our customer support team on sales@afritrolley.co.za, Provide details about the issue, and we will assist in resolving it.
Our policy allows for one seller account per business. Multiple accounts might lead to management issues or violations of our terms.
We require sellers to offer genuine and high-quality products. If there are concerns about product authenticity, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
For Buyers
Afritrolley is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform where you can browse and purchase products from various sellers in a single marketplace.
Click on the “Sign Up” at the top of the homepage. Provide your email address, create a password, and fill out a few personal details. You’ll receive a confirmation email to complete the registration.
On the login page, click “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
Browse categories or use the search bar to find products. Click on the product for details, select any options if necessary, and click “Add to Cart.” When ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and popular online payment systems Like Yoco. You’ll see the available options during checkout.
Yes, you can buy items from multiple sellers in one order, though you might receive separate shipments for each seller.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your order through the Track My Order Link on Afritrolley.
